Common issues

  • Camera unavailable: review iOS camera permission.
  • Low scan quality: ensure good lighting and keep the receipt flat.
  • Premium locked: use Restore Purchases.
  • Optional integration issue: reconnect and reselect tenant/account if you chose to enable Xero.
  • iCloud pending: upload timing depends on Apple services.

How many free scans are included?

The app currently includes a free trial model with 3 scans before premium access is required.

How do I restore purchases?

Open premium or settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases.

Does PrivaReceipt require an account?

No separate PrivaReceipt account is required for local use. Optional iCloud/Xero connections are enabled only if you choose.
