License

Subject to these Terms and App Store rules, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PrivaReceipt on Apple devices you own or control.

Features and Availability

PrivaReceipt includes camera scanning, parsing, local records, and CSV export without requiring a standalone PrivaReceipt account. Cloud and third-party integrations are optional and controlled by you.

Subscriptions and Purchases

The app provides free and premium capabilities, including subscription and lifetime purchase options via Apple in-app purchases.

Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds where applicable, promo redemption, and purchase restoration are managed by Apple under your App Store account.

Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled through Apple settings before renewal.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, disrupt operations, violate laws or rights, or reverse engineer protected components except where law permits.

Third-Party Services

Features may rely on Apple services (App Store, iCloud) and Xero. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.

Apple, App Store, iCloud, Xero, and MYOB are trademarks of their respective owners. PrivaReceipt is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Disclaimer

PrivaReceipt is provided "as is" and "as available." Extraction/sync outputs can include errors. Review data before using it for tax, bookkeeping, reimbursement, or compliance decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrivaReceipt and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including data, revenue, or profit loss connected to app use or integrated services. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the total aggregate liability of PrivaReceipt and its developer is capped at the amount paid by the user for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

These terms remain in effect until terminated. You may stop use at any time by deleting the app.

Changes

Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised terms.
